Rental reminders, a new problem?

Space providers, be it PG, Commercial spaces or Rented spaces are facing a new problem. Previously, people used to migrate to cities and find a place for themselves even before they start looking for a livelihood. Cities are formed with this migratory workforce which heavily fostered this sector.

With corona, the whole world is facing challenges which we never dreamt of before. Every individual is trying to isolate themselves from the other. Coming to the space providers, many of their tenants have left their luggage in their houses, in hope of returning back once the pandemic perishes.

Meanwhile, space providers are facing mayhem, Why? they can't find a new tenant or they cant vacate the rooms, as the luggage still lies expecting their owners to come back. Moreover, India is such a country where the owner-tenant relationships usually turn into a friendly or relatively atmosphere, due to our culture. Apart from cities, many sub-urban areas won't refer to their owners/space providers as “landlords” but call them with colloquial words such as “Bhai (Hindi), Babai Garu (Telugu), Doddappa (Kannada), Chinnamma ( Tamil), etc”.

Though the Space-providing industry is huge. Ironically, there are no stringent laws or models, or systems for rental reminding and payment collection. More of the transactions happen in liquid cash without a receipt. Whatever may be the reason, we don't want to disrupt this too, as law-making isn't in our purview.

No commissions, no receipts, no sharing of bank account numbers, no links, and no hidden charges. The app is simple and user-friendly where it directly solves the problems. Still, wondering how do we make money? why are we doing this?

As of now, we have no plans of making money. All we are trying to do is solve the problem of space providers in this tough time, we are always strive to use our solutions for the betterment of society.
